Internet Orders

All orders can be returned within 30 days from purchase for a product refund. No shipping charges will be refunded. Product must be unopened and in new condition. You may drop off your return to a local Swingset Warehouse or ship the product back to us at your cost. Please contact Swingset Warehouse to obtain a RA number BEFORE shipping or dropping off any returns. You may email us for this RA number @ info@swingsetwarehouse.com.

Installed Equipment

All playground surfacing and installation cost is non-refundable. Removal fees will be charged according to equipment that needs to be removed. A 15% restocking fee will be charged before the refund is processed. All installed equipment must be returned within 30 days for a refund less the restocking fee, installation and removal cost.

I came here a few weeks ago with my family to purchase our first swing set and was very pleased with my experience!
